Can My Order Be Cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled before our daily transaction cutoff time of 5:00 PM Pacific Time, provided the order has not yet been processed.
Once an order has been processed and its status changes to “Awaiting Fulfillment,” it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, the payment has been settled and the order is subject to our standard Return Policy.
If you need to request a cancellation, please call us at 714-202-5880 as soon as possible or email us support@sulcatacutlery.com. Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled. We will do our best to accommodate your request if it is received before processing.
